What is Human Design?
Think of it as a blueprint to your energy or a mix of astrology and Myers Briggs. It’s basically a map to understand your genetic nature. Understanding Human Design can help you become more energetically efficient so that you can stop burning out! Sounds great, right?!
Human Design Types
As with personalities, there are different types of Human Design as well. Human Design can be broken down into 5 different types:, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors.
Generators
- 31% of the population.
- Known as energetic and quick to respond to problems.
- Consistent energy. Less burnout.
Manifesting Generators
- 37% of the population.
- A lot of energy. Feels all over the place.
- Finds joy in trying new things.
Projectors
- 22% of the population.
- Loves to learn.
- Inconsistent energy levels.
Manifestors
- 9% of the population.
- Takes anything from your internal world and brings it out into your external world.
- Happiest when on their own making a difference
Reflectors
- 1% of the population.
- Good at reading the room energetically and knowing how people are feeling.
- Energy is sporadic so they struggle with consistency.
