1. Airtable

So what is Airtable? Airtable is a platform for building collaborative applications. Create unique workflows for your team. Types: Content Calendar, Social Media Calendar, Project Tracker, Org Chart, Product Planning, Bug Tracker, Event Planning, User Research, Project Management.

I like to describe it as a spreadsheet on steroids with color coding! (Every type A’s dream!)

I have created multiple databases for every area of my business. One for our real estate company, one for my podcast, one for my Monat business, one for my affiliates, and another for my coaching clients.

Airtable is how I keep track of all of my leads and it’s completely customizable!

Zapier

To make all of these things above work and talk to each other, you must have Zapier. This is how you can send your new leads to from Airtable to Flodesk and so on!
